Type in <span class="component"><i><b>Confirm:</b></i></span> and Click <span class="component"><i><b>First and Last Name:</b></i></span>

Type in <span class=""><i><b>Organization:</b></i></span> and Click <span class=""><i><b>OK </b>(you can type every field in Certificate)</i></span>
Close the window
Replace placeholders in <b>myConfig</b> section with your values.
