1. Go to http://www.adcolony.com/publishers/ and sign up to your account. 
2. If you are there for the first time, a questionnaire may appear. You can fill it out immediately or later.
3. On the menu click (1)"MONETIZATION", in the submenu click (2)"Apps" and then click on (3)"+ Setup New App"
4. Select the OS/Platform of your app - iOS/Android/Amazon
5. If the app is localized to a specific store, select which one.
6. Write the name of your app.
7. Scroll down and click "Create".
8. Scroll down and click on "Ad Zone #1" 
9. Scroll down to the Zone Type and select "Value Exchange/V4VC". For "Client Side Only" select "No"
10. Now you have to copy "V4VC Secret Key".
11. Go to your offito dashboard of your app and sign up to your account. 
12. On the left menu click on (1)"Ad Networks" and then click on (2)"BUTTON".
13. Find AdColony, activate it by clicking on (3)"button" (the button will move to the right side) and then click the (4)"Settings" button. 
14. Copy the V4VC Secret Key from AdColony page, and paste it to your Dashboard page into "V4VC Secret".
15. Set up "Video Reward (Points)"
16. Select "Limit Video Reward Count Per Day" and write the Limite
17. Click on "Save".
18. Scroll down a little bit and in the section Postback copy the URL.
19. Now go back to the AdColony page and paste the URL to "Callback URL" box. 
20. Now set up "Reward Amount". You can also set up "Virtual Currency Name" and "Daily Max Videos per User"
21. !!! "Reward Amount number" must be the same as the "Video Rewards Points number" in the Dashboard.
22. Scroll down and in section Development - Show test ads only (for dev or debug) select "No"
23. Click on "Save"
