Do you have a problem to publish your reward app on Google Play? You don’t know how to do it? Don’t worry. Read through this article and you won’t have the problem anymore. 


1. First Step 


As a first step, you have to go on https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/# (Google Play Console) and sign up. After that:


1. Click on "All applications" on the left and then click on "CREATE APPLICATION" 


2. The window "Create application" will appear:

  1. In the section "Default language" select the language
  2. In "Title", write the name of your application
  3. Then click on "CREATE"


2. Second Step - Store listing


After the previous step, you will get to "Store listing". 

  1. In the section "Product details", you have to fill the following information about the app:
    1. Title: it should be already filled from the previous step. If not, write there the name of your application again
    2. Short description: Write the short description of your app
    3. Full description: Write the full description of your app
    4. Add phone screenshot (you have to add at least one, but it is better if you add about 4-6 screenshots)
    5. Add an icon of your app (resolution 512 x 512 pixels)
    6. Add Feature Graphic (resolution 1024 x 500 pixels)
    7. Don’t forget to add tablet screenshot as well (at least one)
    8. If you want, you can also add Promo Graphic, TV Banner, 360 Degree image and Promo Video (But it is not necessary).
  2. In "Categorization": 
    1. Select "Application type" to "Applications"
    2. Select "Category" to "Entertainment" 
  3. In "Contact detail", there should be already your "Website" and "Email". If not, write them there.
  4. In "Privacy Policy", you should provide a privacy policy URL. (You can find it on the page of your application in the section Private Policy. Copy URL of Private Policy page from your website and paste it into Google Play) 
  5. Check if you have filled out all information. Scroll up at the beginning of the page and click on "SAVE DRAFT".

3. Third Step - Pricing & distribution


Now go to the section "Pricing & distribution". 

  1. Select, that This application is "FREE"    
  2. In section Countries, select "Available" 
  3. In the section "Primarily Child-Directed" answer "No"
  4. In the section "Contains ads" answer "Yes, it has ads" 
  5. Scroll down to the end of the page and mark "Content guidelines" and "US export laws" 

  6. Scroll up at the beginning of the page and click on "SAVE DRAFT". 


4. Fourth Step - App release


Go to the section "App release":

  1. click on "MANAGE PRODUCTION". 
  2. then click on "CREATE RELEASE" 
  3. and then click on "CONTINUE" 
  4. you will see a tab with terms and conditions. Click the "ACCEPT" button. 
  5. Now it is time to upload your application. Click the "UPLOAD APK" button and upload your application. 
  6. When the uploading of your app is finished, scroll down and click on "REVIEW" 


5. Fifth Step - Content rating


Go to the section "Content rating": 

  1. Click on "CONTINUE" 
  2. Now you have to enter your valid Email address 
  3. As an app category, select "ENTERTAINMENT" 
  4. When you click on the "Entertainment category", there is a questionnaire, that you have to fill out:
    1. Violence: NO
    2. Fear: NO
    3. Sexuality: NO
    4. Simulated gambling, real gambling, or cash payouts: YES, NO, NO, NO
    5. Language: NO
    6. Controlled substance: NO
    7. Crude humor: NO
    8. Miscellaneous: NO, NO, NO, NO 
  5. After you fill out the questionnaire, click on "SAVE QUESTIONNAIRE" 

  6. As the last step, click on "CALCULATE RATING" 
  7. Now scroll down and click on "APPLY RATING" 


6. Sixth Step - Final Step


In this step, you have to go to "App releases" again:

  1. Click on "MANAGE PRODUCTION" 
  2. And then "EDIT RELEASE" 
  3. Scroll down and at the end of the page, click on "REVIEW" 
  4. Scroll down again and click on "START ROLLOUT TO PRODUCTION" 
  5. You will see a notice: Your app will now become available to all users of the Play Store. Do you want to continue? Click on "CONFIRM" 


And that's all. You have just published your app on Google Play Store.
